Tim Graham

Tim is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Health and Wellness Coach, with a focus on the applied science of longevity. His practice advocates for individuals to improve quality of life while simultaneously delaying the onset of chronic disease through a preventative wellness model.

Tim trained at The Ohio State University where he supported students in a variety of areas including academic, athletic, career, physical and emotional wellness.  He is a co-author of “The Subtle Art of Being Well,” a workbook focusing on wellness and resiliency tips and practices designed for Generation Z.

Tim takes an integrative strengths-based approach to collaboratively support diverse client populations through self-discovery, identifying goals and implementing strategies to prevent and treat mental health symptoms.  He uses an evidenced based approach to elicit lifestyle change grounded in cognitive, emotional, nutritional, physiological, occupational, and environmental design interventions.

Tim earned his M.A. in Counselor Education, Clinical Mental Health from The Ohio State University and holds additional degrees in Sport and Exercise Management, M.A., and Education, B.S.Ed.  Tim is licensed in Ohio (C.1902348).
